Using Teminar WebClass

Make sure you have everything needed.

Step 1. Plan a Teminar

WebClass can be accessed during your planned Teminar. Login to plan a session or create an account first if you don't have one.

Step 2. Inform the participants

Send your participants a link to the information page of your session: www.teminar.com/123456 (replace 123456 with the participants code of your Teminar). On that page they can find information about your session, how to participate and how to access WebClass.

Step 3. Start your Teminar

From you Control Panel you can easily access WebClass. Simply select the WebClass link at the right top corner.

During your session you may control the voice part of your session and the video part with WebClass.

Suggestion: connect a second monitor to your computer and open the Teminar Control Panel on one and the WebClass window on the other screen. This gives the best overview during your session.

Operating Teminar WebClass

The screenshot shows where the controls and functions can be found.

Upload documents

Select the icon at the left bottom of the presentation window. You can now browse for a document on your computer.

Drawing in your presentation

Select the right bottom icon of the presentation window. A menu bar with drawing controls appears.

Share Webcam

Select the webcam icon positioned at the center bottom of the window.

Share desktop

Select the desktop icon positioned at the center bottom of the WebClass screen. Than select "Region" to share a part of your desktop or "Full Screen" to share your entire screen. Please be aware that a larger areas require more bandwidth.

Make another participant presenter

Select someone in the participants window and press "Switch presenter". The selected participant can now share his webcam and take control of the presentation or upload its own Do not forget to unmute the microphone of this person in case you muted it earlier. You can turn yourself back to be the presenter any time you want.

Chat with the participants

If you type a message in the chat window it can be read by the participants.
